Hey, this is Alan Jackson. Welcome to our podcast today. My guest is somebody I think you're really going to enjoy Stephanie Nash. She is a fourth generation dairy farmer. That may not seem very exciting, but she's an expert on sustainable food sources.

She has been engaged in this enterprise her entire life quite literally.

The whole notion of food to table that is so popular today, at the end of it, it's really

about what's healthy and what's good for us to eat.

And Stephanie understands that.

Spoiler alert, she's going to help us understand the difference between milk that we get from an animal and milk that we get from an almond.

And just in case you don't know, almonds don't give milk.

But at the end of the day, how we can eat healthy and eat things that are better for us and see that they stay available to us.
