It's a post from the charity shelter. And I'm going to read you the post. It says a rent increase is as good as an infection

for many private renters. Yesterday, the Office for National Statistics published data that showed

the average private rents are up by 7.5% in England compared to last year. The renter's rights bill

must get rents increased under control by limiting in tenancy rent hikes.

And I think all of that is an absolute fair statement, 7.5% is a lot.
