How much cash flow do you make a month?

Anywhere from like 5 to 15,000 a month net.

So that's the reason I don't like to buy a bunch of units is because they don't make money.

I have 32 units and I don't make nothing.

That's why that's why I like flipping and wholesaling. I'm like dude I could flip a house make a hundred K. Let's say six months which is long because I could usually do it unless I don't want to talk to no tenants anymore. I'm I'm getting so tired of rentals.
