Why do you think real estate people can't figure it out?

Because honestly, I'm not going to lie, until I started running an education business,

But when I was in the real, only the real estate business,

for some reason, I was just like a deal junkie I'm just like dude if I can get another 30-K deal this month bro

Damn that then I'll be at a hundred K and then guess what the first of the month comes and then, man, if I can get four deals at 30K, that's another 100K?

Like, why do you think in real estate people can't figure it out?

You know, there's a couple of things but I think primarily

Primarily I believe that we're such in a survival state

Mm-hmm you were a survival state, right?

Like, yeah.

We're such in that, we're in that hustler slash owner-operator mindset that it's a lot of work

to build a real business.

Yeah.

Like it's easy. It's easy to contract deals.

Yeah.

Right.

It's easy to make money in a business, whether you're a roofer, HVAC, solar, real estate, right,

Uber driver, you know what I mean?

It's easy to make money.

It is very challenging to sit down and commit to building a real business.
