the house, and throw out everything that's contributing to our mental overwhelm. But my guest

Thank you for coming on. Tell us who you are. Tell us how on earth you became a life coach

Yeah, so I'm Leslie and I'm a mom of four kids, currently aged 8 to 1.

And I first found life coaching when I was a new mom to 2.

So my youngest at the time was, had just barely turned 1, and I was coming out of this phase of like the crazy

postpartum phase where you come up for air for the first time and I started looking into

minimalism because I was like I moving from one to two kids you realize how much less

control you really have over your life and so I started to look at to the things I

could control and a lot of that had to do with my physical environment so I

really started reducing things my physical environment, but I noticed that even once I had attained quote unquote arrived to physical minimalism, I still had a lot like mental clutter in my head. And so I tried therapy for a little bit and that worked but then I also found

life coaching and the tools I found there really helped me be more intentional about my life and the choices I was making
