Summary

In today’s episode, I break down the difference between power and force, and why pushing harder often creates resistance instead of results. I explain how ego, attachment, anxiety, and the need to control interfere with the infinite energy we already have access to. Using the idea of calibration, I walk through how to identify the frequency you’re tuned into, clear interference, and replace force with alignment, courage, and disciplined devotional behavior. I also cover non-negotiable priorities, choosing responsiveness over reaction, and why sustainable success comes from tuning higher, not trying harder.

It is simply power versus force.

And there's a big difference in the frequency,

the vibration between coming from a space of power compared to force,

which creates a counterforce that is in moving.

We all know the difference between pushing and progressing. We all know that we are looking for the progress,

0:28.2

but we don't know what that push looks like in that progress. And so as we look towards

understanding this difference between pushing force and progressing power,

life, and the control, believe it or not, out of our life.

We have a need to be right, offended, separate, and fear, superior, anxious, frustrated,

1:01.2

angry, guilty, worried. And when we do this, we interfere with the infinite amount of energy

1:06.6

or power that we are part of. We interfere with, which then results in what seems to be a burning of energy when it's actually

1:17.6

a stalling of energy and results of outcomes.

1:22.6

When we can calibrate at a higher frequency, a higher vibration, lessen the interference of the ego,

and move and progress with courage and willingness

and the alignment of the divine direction,

1:39.2

with devotional behavior, which is a combination

1:41.5

of what we pay attention to and what we give intention to by doing,

1:45.0

thinking, saying, believing and feeling in alignment with what we believe to be our divine

1:50.3

direction in that devotional, intentional manner. We turn the same effort into the compounding outcomes

1:59.8

that we desire or better.

2:03.3

The framework in which we will discuss today helps us tune that frequency.
