oh that's just toxic positivity and you just you're just saying when you're saying be positive you're saying you know just ignore the negative

and don't think of any of the bad things in your life think of only the good things. I'm not saying that at all

What I'm saying is with positive thinking and negative thinking it's not just like a once a day kind of thing. It should be
