positivity to build a better mindset my name is Henry and this is Eric. Hey, hey. And today we're

going to talk about seizing the opportunity. So last week we were talking about it was a time to quit,

time to give up, and now we're going to go into the opposite of that and being proactive

with opportunities. And also the mental hangups that can happen

when you have opportunities.

So a lot of people think, like, oh man, if I had this option,

I would go for it.

But in my opinion, what most people do,

when it does, like, a promotion or opportunity

to do something different comes around,

you know, what we wanted,

we start dragging our feet,

coming up with reasons why we can't do it because we're, you know, we don't like change. And so, you know, you just have to, whatever it is like you're putting out there that you want. When it comes, you need to be open to it because if you shut it down, you're just telling the universe and by, you know, doing that motion, creating a habit of turning down opportunities,

and then that's what is going to happen continually.

Yeah.

You'll just stop noticing the opportunities, and it'll just be more of like a more
