Imagine you're holding a cup.

When suddenly somebody bumps into you or shakes you by the arm, making you spill hot,

scalding coffee all over yourself and everything and everyone around you.

Now, why did you spill a coffee?

Your first reply might be because somebody bumped into me and that would be the wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.

Had there been clean, clear water in your cup, you would have spilled the water.

Had there been nothing in your cup, nothing would have spilled.

In other words, it's whatever is in your cup that determines what does or does not spill

out.

Now, when you hit a bump in life where somebody comes along and shakes you, which is going

to happen, that you could be assured.

That is when we get to see what you've been carrying in your cup.

It's easy to walk around looking graceful, all cool, calm and collected until you get

rattled.

Then it all comes spilling out, all over yourself and everybody else within your vicinity.

So the question for you today is to consider this.
