You know, many of us are fine with paying our fair share of taxes

as long as it's legal, ethical, and moral.

But really nobody wants to pay more in taxes than they have to. And I personally believe that you should always be learning ways to legally, ethically, and morally save on your taxes because really we don't want to be overpaying.

And one of the reasons we invest in real estate, especially income producing real estate,

is because it is such a tax favored asset class.

It allows us to reduce and potentially even

eliminate at least temporarily if not forever our tax impact. And it's been a
