When you think of college football rivalries, images immediately come to mind of longtime powerhouses, schools with a deep rooted hatred of each other like Alabama and Auburn, or Oklahoma and Texas, or even USC and UCLA. There’s one rivalry that’s just as strong, even if it doesn’t come to you off the top of your head: Oregon vs Washington. 0:28.9	Yeah, it's an interesting one because you know, for decades, it really wasn't as big

0:40.2	You had the in-state ones for both schools, the Apple Cup, and the game,

0:45.4	But in the last two decades, really Washington and Oregon has really turned up the heat
0:49.2	on what has become one of the kind of don't like to use the word hate with rivalries
0:55.2	in college football that seems silly, but there's certainly those sort of vibes with these
0:59.8	two teams, and especially now that both of them are relevant at the highest level, it doesn't

1:10.2	Yeah, so in the Midwest, of course, we know there's Michigan, Ohio State, who do not like each other.

1:19.1	I'm a Mississippi boy, so it's Alabama and Auburn and Georgia all in the SEC.
