Hi, friends. Welcome to Walking is Fitness, the podcast. I'm Dave. Can I let you in on a little

0:08.7

secret this morning? Before I do, I need to give you some context. My wife, Ava, and I love warm

0:18.1

weather. We love summer. It's one of the reasons, one of the primary reasons, we move from Maryland to South Carolina.

0:26.6

Not that we wanted our summers hotter, but we wanted the warmer weather longer.

0:31.6

You know, there is still a winter down here in South Carolina, but it doesn't last very long and it's

1:50.2

no humidity.

1:51.8

So it's a dry heat.

1:55.2

And you know, on one level, that was actually kind of nice to go from the humidity of South Carolina,

2:04.2

living near the ocean, to the dry heat of Las Vegas. But I have to tell you that after

2:11.5

a couple of days of that, I was ready to have the humidity back and when we arrived home from Las

2:21.6

Vegas we got the humidity and it it felt good it was like I like some

2:29.4

moisture in the air all right so here's that's the context. Here's, here's, here's the secret.
