So if you tuned into the last episode, I talked a little bit about memory and how trauma affects memory. And we are going to now kind of engage with Kate a little bit in that process for her. So just in case you didn't

listen last time, the way I tend to think about memory is that it's like the puzzle pieces. And

some of our memories are like the puzzle pieces thrown out on a table.

In the beginning, it doesn't really look like anything that you can make any sense of.

But once you put the pieces together and you start to see how the whole picture comes together,

now things start to make sense.
