I was thinking, why don't we take a mental picture today of exactly who we want to be?

Like why not?

Why can't we use our mind, our body, and our spirit in this moment today to make a change

to make a shift?

To set the vibration, to set the frequency, to who we are becoming.

And to stand like that excites me the fact that we are constantly, constantly, constantly

growing and becoming the version of ourselves we know we are.

Yes we emotion, yes it's a process, yes cultivating peace is a process.

But why not?

Why not today you own who you are becoming?

Why not today you tell yourself you are becoming regardless of your mishaps, your shortcomings,

the failures you are becoming that stronger, more resilient, innately beautiful resonating

human being.

Every single one of us, ladies, gentlemen, you know we are powerful, but we are the ones

that have to recognize that power, we are the ones that have to project that power.

Like who's going to walk around and just tell us, hey, you're powerful, you're beautiful.

Well I know I am.

That's what I do.

Because I believe in human beings, you understand.

Even the ones I don't see, even the ones I don't know.

Because I know how connected we truly are, I know how every single one of us is traveling

on this frequency.
