And so this is fun. The team and I were talking about the, really the unique privilege of getting to coach over 10,000 people. I mean, that's a significant number, but we don't share

here. It's just truly crazy where you amass these numbers, given the opportunity in 2017 to

launch this show. We launched on Sirius XM at first. It was a daily show, and then we began to expand

it to talk radio. And for years,

we're on every day. And so it's just a function of showing up and doing your job, just like you

all show up every day and you do your job. And if you think about when you show up consistently,

you could look at these kind of data points or stats in your work as well, which is, I've done this

X amount of times. And I think it's a fun little thing to do to remind yourself of, you know what,

number one, I've been consistent. Number two, I've got expertise in the sense that I

have logged hundreds, thousands of hours. And so I think it's important for all of us to do that.
