So I wanted to talk a little bit about what Nicola did this season and why I feel that he is the MVP, why I recommended him to voters that have asked if they've said, who would you vote for? I've said Nicole Yokic. We'll talk about why and more on today's show. Later this week, there's a practice tomorrow. We'll have covered to that practice tomorrow night.

Adam and I will break that down.

And they'll probably be a practice the next day as well.
