What got you on this water journey?

Well, my water journey started back in 2009.

I was living in Brooklyn and I was a nutritionist at the time I was studying

Neutrogenomics, which is how the food that we eat actually affects our gene

And I was starting to realize, wow, when we re-wild our diet and we eat wild non-domesticated food,

we have more of a non-domesticated gene expression.

progenitors. And I started to think, what if we drink wild water? Because the

water that we drink is far more important than the food that we eat. You know,

wildcrafting and harvesting all of my water from springs and that really set me on a path because it
