0:10.2	I come from a family of five brothers, all scientists and engineers. A few years ago, I sent them the following email.
0:20.4	Dear brothers, I hope this message finds you well.
0:23.6	I am emailing to let you know
0:26.6	that I'm dropping out of my master's program in engineering
0:29.6	to pursue a career as a full-time musician.
0:32.6	All that I ask from you is not to worry about me.
0:36.6	Brother number one replied, he was encouraging, All that I ask from you is not to worry about me.
0:40.3	Brother number one replied, he was encouraging but a bit skeptical.
0:43.3	He said, I wish you the best of luck.
0:45.3	You're going to need it.
0:49.3	Brother number two was a little bit more skeptical.
0:52.3	He said, don't do it.
0:54.6	This will be the worst mistake of your life.
0:57.4	Find a real career.
1:00.8	Now, the rest of my brothers were so enthusiastic about my decision, they didn't even respond.
1:09.7	I know that this skepticism coming from my brothers is out of care and concern for me.
1:15.4	They were worried.
1:16.8	They thought it would be difficult to make it as an artist, that it would be a challenge.
1:22.8	And you know what?
1:24.1	They were right.
1:25.7	It is such a challenge to be a full-time artist. I have so many friends
