And this week, Jasmine will be interviewing biochemist Shannon Falconer.

And this interview is going to knock your socks off because Shannon is working on the

holy grail of veganism. Her company, because animals, is developing cultured meat for dogs and cats.

The cat food, which will be the first to reach the market, will be derived from mouse cells.

Oh my God. I can't believe it.

Well, it's not here, but it's almost here.

We do get into the mouse issue as well, and the mice were all adopted, so they were not

killed for this.

Of course not.

Right.

And they won't have to be used in the future.

So we talk about that a lot.
