of misinformation about self-defense. And like you said, Eddie, we can't take care of our bodies

if we can't defend our bodies if we get attacked. And one of the things that struck me from

is that it's not just about knowing where to strike with which part of your body.

Hint, you know, an elbow to the throat or a knee to the groin are highly effective,

but also the skills to understand when you're being coerced and to avoid that.
