for. So let's get back to this. It's time for kind of a reset. And I talk about this from time

to time, but let's just set this up here as a bit of an ominous reality with a hopeful solution.

And that is this, all right? Most people, when we look at the grand scheme of the world at work, okay, most people will never find purpose and meaning in their professional lives.

Now, this is not my opinion.

I didn't just come up with this.

Gallup, the gold not my opinion. I didn't just come up with this. Gallup, the gold standard, as it relates to polling and data in the United States,

and the foremost authority on the world of work.

If you look at year in and year out, their data on engagement at work, almost 70% of American workers, and it's a little higher internationally, are disengaged at work.

So we know without going into all the data, when you extrapolate down, you see that the reason for the disengagement.

One of the main reasons is no purpose and meaning in the work.

And again, on the extreme example here of someone doing meaningless work,

something I have to come in and I have to do,

and it has no redeeming value at all.
