Well, along those lines, today's radio show is called Why Most Agents Retire Broke or Never Retire at All.

So we're going to be talking about the real practical side of why it is that most agents, frankly,

never are able to accumulate enough money so they can either scale back their real estate practices

because, let's be honest, you know, retiring the whole

idea of not doing anything all day is not appealing to, you know, most people. But it would be

certainly nice if at some time in your future you no longer had to worry about money because

you had enough money coming in from other sources that came as a result of you accumulating

and investing over your real estate career so that you would have

options at a point in your life where you chose no longer to have to focus all your efforts

on earning money.
