Summary

In this episode, I am virtually joined by Sherry Argov, the author of the world renowned book Why Men Love Bitches and Why Men Marry Bitches. We discuss what exactly it means to be a bitch, what’s wrong with being a yes woman, how her rules would apply to technology today, how to “pull back” on social media, her most controversial advice, if women love a-holes, why it’s bad to be an open book, the danger of sexting and nudes, how to act on a first date, if it’s ever okay to play “games” in your relationship, and more. This episode starts with a solo where I discuss The Bachelorette (and if I am team Katie or team Greg), my thoughts on The White Lotus, why I was blacklisted from a sorority in college, and why men cry during break ups.

Hey guys, welcome back to We Met Itacme. It is the moment you've all been waiting for.

0:12.3

We have Sherry the author of Why Men Love Bitches on the podcast today.

0:18.8

It is going to be extremely illuminating. I think you guys are going to get a lot out of this

0:24.2

episode and I certainly believe in a lot of the same values that Sherry has, but you'll see what

0:32.7

we agree on and don't agree on, but mostly agree. Before we get into that, I want to tell you some

0:40.0

thoughts from some things that happen this week and answer some of your questions and then we'll

0:47.6

get right into it. So the first is that I finally watched the finale of the bachelor at.

0:53.8

And the hometown, like basically I'm up to speed on the Katie and Greg fight.

0:59.6

And so many people were like, you need to talk about it. You need to say what's sad you're on.

1:03.6

And without ever hearing about it, it was totally split down the middle with people who were,

1:09.6

you know, in support of Katie versus people who were in support of Greg. And I immediately was like,

1:16.4

you know, I'm probably going to support Katie, just, you know, women supporting women.

1:20.5

And then I watched the show. And for anyone who isn't a bachelor at fan, I'll just give a recap.

1:30.3

Basically Katie is the bachelor at and she has three men left, I think maybe four. And they're

1:37.7

doing hometowns, which as far as I know, I'm not a huge bachelor bachelor at fan or like watcher,

1:44.6

regular watcher. But as far as I know, like that's part of the contract. It's like if you make it to

1:51.0

this round, you do hometowns where you bring this woman or this man to your hometown and they

1:57.3

meet your family. And Katie did that with Greg and she met his family. And I think he said to his

2:04.0

mom, like, you know, this is the one. And she said to her, he was like, I can't believe I did that.

2:11.2

Like I'm falling in love with you. You're filling a hole in my heart. Like, you know, all the stuff

2:16.0

that you usually hear on bachelor ad and bachelor. And she was like, that means so much to me.
