A man is very afraid to share all of his emotions with his wife because there is a cost to it.

How so? If I tell you that I'm scared or I'm nervous or something in the business has me shook, in the moment you might be like, hey, that's okay. But deep down inside, there's a part of you that starts to feel unsafe.

And that shows up in different ways. It'll start to show up in the lack of connection. It'll start

to show up and going to old patterns because you're trying to protect yourself. Sometimes I'm afraid

to tell you if there's financial issues or the business isn't running the way it could be, because

if I create scarcity or fear in you,

then I also have to clear that up.

It creates more work for me.

So sometimes I would rather not say anything at all.
