our bodies and our minds are getting deep rest.

The type of meditation that I teach at Ziva

is giving your body rest that's five times deeper than sleep.

And so when we're falling into that rest, our brain is... five times deeper than sleep.

And so when we're falling into that rest,

our brain is entering a verifiable fourth state of consciousness.

It's different than waking,

different than sleeping, different than dreaming.

And in that state, our muscle tone actually soft softens and so it feels very much like we are falling into sleep.

But the way I like to think of it is that when you fall into meditation, it's like you're walking through the same doorway
