holding the role on an interim basis. And so their search is not fresh or a

surprise. However, the candidate that they decided upon certainly is. And it feels to me from all the

sort of calls and checks we've made that particular pursuit of Barada was very recent. And they did it under the radar.

So it appears to have been a very discreet and quick and slick operation, which you don't normally

associate with Manchester United under the glazer regime. But perhaps that's because it was driven by Ineos.

And it really has sent shockwaves through the industry. I'm not saying our story, but the

news of the appointment, because Omar Barada, who is very, very highly regarded throughout the game,
