Hi, Lisa. So, which is the season? Hello. It's a holiday. It's a happening. How are you doing?

Uh, I'm fine. I don't want to talk about me. I'm just an old soul and an old body.

We all need rest. Everybody just needs like a nap and a cookie. I'm not kidding.

Last Saturday, my body shut down on me. In what way?

I woke up in the morning, like sore throat, foggy head, went to the shelter because I was

scheduled to volunteer. I like got up and did my thing because I was like, oh, whatever, I left the

window open and my throat was dry because I'm a mouth breather when I sleep and all the time.

And got to the shelter and was like sweating so bad.

Like usually it's because I'm hung over and I apologize to the cats for being hung over.

But this time I was like, cats, I don't feel well.

Oh no.

And I went home.

I put myself to bed for the rest of the day. Did it work?

Oh, yeah. I was fine on Sunday. I was like taking it a little slower than usual, but there's still,

there's something my body is telling me things and I'm only half listening, you know, and I need to be

fully listening. Yeah, because it'll get louder and louder

until it makes you listen. That's usually how it goes. Then I'll throw up at 30th Street

Station in Philadelphia and we'll know I'm not okay. This is the time of year where everybody

gets sick the first day that they have off. Like if you're in college and you go home, right when you get

home guaranteed you're going to get sick go home, right when you get home,

guaranteed, you're going to get sick because your body hangs on until it has like that first
