Today's episode of the GaryVee Audio Experience is from a keynote I gave recently in Washington D.C at DattoCon 2022! I talk about two main things... the marketing variable of 2023 in B2B environments and where we are at in managing people in 2023. I also discuss things like why LinkedIn is on fire right now, what I say to people when they ask me, "What's the R.O.I of social media?", and why we need to bring humanity to the workplace!
Enjoy! Let me know what you thought!

0:58.0 | Everything was very business-oriented and the reality is when it comes both to marketing |

1:13.0 | and at the end of the day, not a lot of actual action around those two categories. |
1:19.0 | So, in the first place, when, in my opinion, for a staggering amount of the people in this room, |
1:25.0 | they are the two largest variables of where the business is going and what the opportunities slash vulnerabilities are within our businesses. |
1:35.0 | So, I currently run a service-based business. |
1:39.0 | I have about 1200 employees globally. |
