failed to understand her own energy cap. Not her own energy cap, I suppose. Energy price cap.

She brought it in, or it was brought in, presumably having been put together while during that dreadful

period of endless hustings or thereabouts.

But the point being she somehow failed or she somehow went live on the radio and misrepresented it.

Misrepresented to two kind of word.
