What's up, everybody? Welcome in. We have an unbelievable show today. We got Patriots Center David Andrews. He's going to tell us his feelings on his impending free agency, how 2019 shaped his mindset on that. And also what his feelings were on the success of Tom Brady and are the

Patriots rebuilding. We got all that from David Andrews. But before we get to that, I'm going to

dive into the often discussed quarterback situation. And if we're going to talk quarterbacks,

we have to talk Jimmy Garoppolo. Now, Wednesday of this week, John Lynch,

GM of the 49ers, asked a question as to whether or not he doubted that Jimmy would be the

starter in San Francisco. He said, no, I don't doubt that. Really, I don't. And to me, that second

part of the phrase is what stands out. Really, I don't. And to me, that second part of the phrase is what stands out. Really, I don't.

It's almost as if John Lynch understands that it makes perfect sense for the 49ers to move off of Jimmy Garoppolo.

Because he has been over three years, check this out. It's not an exaggeration, perhaps the

worst value in football. I know that he started and nearly won a Super Bowl, but the Niners

have sunk $83.6 million in three seasons worth a cap space into Jimmy. He's played for them

26 games. Yes, some of those games were playoff games.

And there was a Super Bowl, never mind the fact that Kyle Shanahan handcuffed Jimmy during that

postseason run because he was terrified of him. The bottom line is, value-wise, Jimmy Garoppel was

costing you nearly $3 million per game. And over the next two seasons, he's going to make $50 million.
