Hi, I'm Dave.

I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day.

I'm walking right now and would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes.

It is a beautiful morning in South Carolina and it's one of those mornings where I don't know if

there's actually a weather term a meteorological phrase that is used for a

morning like this but I've reached what I call temperature equilibrium so the

temperature right now is neither too hot nor too cold. It's almost

at that place where I can't even feel the weather. It's perfect. Wind is almost non-existent,

and it's just a beautiful, morning for a walk and i hope where

you are you're enjoying the weather as much as i am here it's been an interesting couple of days

usually i walk for about 10 or 15 minutes before i start recording the podcast and essentially that

walk is to where I record each episode.

And my go-to place lately has been this wooded trail.

It's just beautiful back here.

You might start to hear some construction sounds just on the other side of the trees to my left.

There's a pretty significant construction project,

and so it would almost sound like that I'm not walking through a wooded area,

but I'm walking through a construction site.
