Summary

We are generally driven to do the right thing in our lives. We practice personal hygiene, we get the kids off to school, we work and pay the bills, we pay our taxes and we attend social functions and are generally nice and serving to people. But why is it so hard to do the right things for our health and wellness? I just had a long conversation with Dr Tom O’Bryan in the previous episode where he basically showcased that today’s chronic illness and disease is primarily of our own doing. Primarily, not all. I’d rather hear this news than hear it’s all being done to me. If my ill health is mostly my own doing, then I have control over getting healthier, which is great! But the question I pose today is, why is it so hard? Why does our drive seem so hard when it comes to being well? Let me get the cards on the table for you to try and make it more understandable and easier to grasp, and therefore, change.
