With that in mind, we're going to head to regular season games, have you made a decision on who will start at quarterback in the regular season opener?

Yeah, no, we still have a lot of decisions tonight.

That was Bill last night, obviously.

Something similar today.

I predict it's 24, 48 hours more of that, and that's it.

And then all that crap ceases because it can't continue.

It can't continue.

He's got to declare to his players, the

quarterbacks themselves, the players on the team, the practice reps, they all get defined.

They get defined in short order when you start preparing for week one. And that's when the cat

is out of the bag and to waste any time or energy trying to keep said cat in said bag is

freaking stupid and a waste of your time and energy.

And so in short order, we're going to know.

And what is apparent to everyone is that it's Cam Newton, but who knows?

Who knows with Bill Belichick?

And I would say at this point, if it's not Cam Newton, then you handled Camp kind of stupidly.

Meaning, Cam Newton goes first, every single rep, every single drill, every single scrimmage, every single joint practice, every single preseason game, but then he goes second when the games really matter. I don't know. That feels like spending a little too much time on the smoke screen and not the actual substance of the issue, which is why I don't think Bill Belchick's going to do it that way. Me neither.
