Hey guys, remember me. This is Caroline Duna. I was the host of the Fuck It Diet podcast,

0:12.0

the Fuck It podcast back in my former life as an anti-diet writer. I still stand by everything in the fucka diet. I still think

0:28.1

it's a great resource for anyone who has a disordered relationship with food. However, in my own professional life and creative

0:42.0

life, I have moved on to greener, maybe not greener actually, maybe less green pastures,

0:51.9

but they're the pastures I'm supposed to be in. Um,

0:55.5

and on my new podcast and my new substack where I focus my creative energy,

1:04.4

I talk to people who have changed their mind on big things. Lots of worldview shifts. And a lot, most of the

1:16.7

conversations are people who used to have a relatively leftist or what some people refer to as

1:25.4

woke perspective who changed their mind on things and why and how

1:30.7

they change their mind. I also talk to people about their spiritual conversions from more new age

1:43.3

to more traditional faith, which is all, these are all things that have

1:47.3

happened to me in the past couple years. And so I'm talking to other people about it,

1:50.4

and I'm sharing it with the people who want to hear. That may not be you. That's okay.

1:55.7

However, I just had a conversation with Isabel Fox and Duke, who also used to be an anti-diet coach,

2:05.5

and she has also pivoted her career, and she's also changed her mind on a lot of her previous

2:14.9

worldviews. And I used to be afraid to ruffle feathers and share my new feelings with this, with this

2:27.3

feed, because there's a lot of subscribers.

2:31.3

And I had a really, really big fallout on my Instagram especially when I started

2:39.3

sharing how I felt about things. And it was very, I mean, not to be melodramatic, but it was

2:46.8

really traumatizing and scary and upsetting. And I knew that it had to be done. If I wanted,

2:58.5

if I didn't want to just disappear, I knew I had to share like, look, this is how I feel.

3:02.1

You can leave if you want. You don't have to agree with me. But this is how I feel and this is what I'm going to continue talking about.
