that. Let me be clear. And I appreciate you so much. So let me ask the question, does your appearance really impact your success? Is it important? Does it play a role in you living your dreams, getting a promotion, or achieving your goals? Well, to answer that, one of the greatest secrets to success is this. Act as if you already have what you want. You know, they say,

dress for the job you want, not the job you have, right? In fact, T.D. Jake said, you can't

bring that old look into new dimensions. He said, if God gives you a new opportunity, you need to

be dressed for it. Now, you think about in the Bible, Naomi told Ruth

before she could go to Boaz, she had to change her garments. In other words, get the garments on

now, it says. Change your garments means to prepare because something that hasn't even happened

yet, you've got to prepare for it. In other words, the Bible talks about wash yourself,

therefore, and anoint yourself and put on your best clothes. Be prepared. God blesses people

who are prepared. In fact, Boas said to Ruth, for all my people in the city know that you are a

woman of excellence. So what I'm saying is just set a new standard for yourself.

When you have an excellent spirit, you're honoring God. Now, I'm not saying that we all have

to dress up or dress like me or wear gigantic earrings. Who does this? Or even spend a lot of money

on your clothes or your appearance. You don't need to wear as much mascara as me.

No one does that. I'm just saying that your appearance, your clothes, your standard.

They make a strong statement about how you see yourself. In fact, Entrepreneur Magazine said,

dressing for success matters. They said your image educates others on how you want to be treated,
