What is going on everybody? Welcome back to the Mind of a Macrows podcast. As always, I am your

host Mike Melner and I'm starting off this episode with a little bit of laughter because things are funny and sometimes we have to laugh at ourselves.

I, because it's the Wednesday edition of the show, I always announce a winner.

So I go through the reviews and I just basically do a very quick tally of all of the five-star reviews

and then I do a little like number generator so let's say there's four

it'll generate a number and I'll pick the winner and that'll be that and I'll notice my

first bad review in a very, very long time.

I was actually trying to go back and see.

On Apple Podcast alone, we are at 950 reviews. And the last bad review was several months ago, like many, many months ago.

But it happened and I just had to laugh because it's kind of similar to the message I shared not too long ago,

which is the fact that you're not going to be for everybody and that's okay.

It's also a reminder for myself, you know, like I am very introverted and sometimes putting myself out there is is really uncomfortable.

So when I hear the negative feedback, it definitely, my initial reaction is to curl up and go into my shell because that's typically what introverts do.

We just go internal, we become introspective, and it's just like internal. We become introspective and it's just like see that's why I don't

put myself out there that's why I should just stay to myself and keep to myself and

not you know, get vulnerable.

So all like my defense mechanisms kick in.

But anyway, I'm gonna start this off by sharing the negative review

because I think it's important that number one I'm not for everybody

that's okay. There's also a bit of irony in this review and now the person who left the review is not going to be

a continued listener so she will not hear this but there's a bit of irony that I'd like to share.

So her review says I hate to leave less than stellar reviews, but Mike does ask for reviews in every episode, so here I am sharing my honest opinion.
