I had Alana Molstein on the show and this was one of my favorite conversations. It's kind of a breath of fresh air. I think hearing from an R.D.

With Alana's background and her personal story and just her take on on everything really we talked about a lot we covered a lot of ground, her journey losing 100 pounds and going to fat camp and weight

loss camp from the time that she was eight years old and you might be surprised by how that

all turned out. And it was just really cool we went into a whole

different segment on helping kids and you know making making things better for the

next generation what that looks like from a

nutrition and health standpoint I know that's something that a lot of parents struggle with and I just I

think that her message like I said was just really it was timely it's a breath of fresh air I think you're going to enjoy it and most importantly is we want to know who is enjoying the episode who is taking something away and applying it maybe to yourself, maybe to your family life, maybe to your kids?
