So we only met a minute ago and already we've figured out that our birthdays are

within days of each other. I've got one year on you. I'm going to be 48 and

two days. You're going to be 47 and how many days

three four five days on my birthday is the 29th

29th then I'm 26 so we have one year and three days between us I have to say it I think it would be an interesting way to start this, that

I'm probably feeling the best I have felt since I was in my early 20s, and it's largely because of the things that you write about that my whole team

had been pushing on me for the last two years. So that's just a compliment to start.

How do you feel about that? I'm humbled. Thank you. Okay, so for people that know,

and what I change and things of that nature,

Tell people just a little bit for someone

that does not know you at all,

just sort of how you got into this space the origin story and then we'll get into some of the cool specifics.

Yeah, I grew up in a traditional household in Northern Virginia. My dad is an internist, my mom is a nurse practitioner.
