So, as I'm sure that some of the listeners know, the education team here at the Institute

delivers a very wide range of high-quality training with a European flair that are specifically tailored for trade union members.

But why exactly is the ETI learning approach so unique?

Okay, that's really a key question.

So I think that what distinguishes us is that we offer a motivational and distinctive European Trade Union training program in a multicultural

setting that is acceptable both in terms of the different formats and the topics that we cover.

We offer face-to-face training actions and also online activities which span different kinds of learner profiles.

We also offer more long-term learning itineraries.

All in all, I think that we can say that we provide high-quality training on key competencies and

skills to European Trade Union members and officers,

and which is focused on strengthening and expanding the sense of belonging to a common community.
