Let's start with a prayer, shall we?

So Father, we thank You so much for all that You have done in order to redeem us sinners

from that sin and the curse of sin, death.

And Father, we acknowledge that we wish it was possible for Jesus not to have been crucified

but as He Himself said, Father, if it is possible, take that cup from me.

But nevertheless, Your will be done.

So Father, we understand that the death, burial and the resurrection were necessary

for the salvation of mankind.

We thank You for the cross and we thank You even more so for the empty tomb.

We bless Your name in Jesus' name. Amen.
