So she has so much kit, activity monitors, other tech, looking at what she's doing on her bike.

So one of the things we're going to discuss today is do they help you exercise?

Are they good for your physical health monitoring that much data or does it just get in the

way and stop you having fun?

But before we do all that, we're going to discuss, just don't stop a second, we're going

to discuss syphilis because there's been a lot of it in the news, there's been a lot

of it around to be honest.

I suppose my first real question is, why do you want to talk about it? Because, you know, lots of people just wouldn't. It's something that is happening. and I thought it would be kind of good to give some perspective what it's like to have it

and also to kind of sweep away a bit of the stigma about talking about it.
