There is no question of pushing back on the mission.

The mission is Clean Power by 2030.

That's where the 28 billion comes in,

that investment that's desperately needed for that mission.

And I've been unwavering in relation to the mission,

Clean Power by 2030.

And I keep getting challenges from people saying,

you're moving the date back. That mission

of Clean Power by 2030 hadn't moved that date back at all. That 28 billion has been a firm

fixture in Labour's plans for almost two and a half years. But today, that's changed.

What won't now happen is that we won't make further or new investment decisions.

And that means that we won't reach the £28 billion envisaged.

And that figure is effectively stood down.
