You know, I consider myself an open book, but I don't think I offer up much of my personal life unless I'm asked. I won't

dodge. I'll answer any question. I'll never say someone is beyond the pale, but I also don't

vomit up the details of my personal life on a voluntary basis. I don't know why. It feels a little self-indulgent. It feels a little

bit, look at me. I guess I have no problem sharing with you my thoughts. The narcissistic

egotistical impulse to suggest you might be interested in my opinion but

it's beyond the pale for me to think you want the details of my personal life.

I don't know if that makes sense but it seems to be part of my guiding ethos.

But if I am asked, I will answer those questions.
