Today, the only 2020 Democrat with an immigration plan.

The ZD refugees find a home in Canada and the first photo of a black hole.

The problem is that this president has chosen the completely wrong way to treat human beings.

Julian Castro is a former Obama cabinet member and a former mayor of San Antonio.

Now he is one of many Democratic candidates for presidents.

He's the only candidate so far to release a detailed immigration plan.

What I propose is that we go back to treating people who cross the border the way that we

used to treat them basically between the late 1920s and 2004.

Under section 1325 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, it is a crime to cross the border.

But we didn't really enforce it as a crime.

We only enforced it as a civil violation, mostly.

I believe that we should go back to that.
