as the country is welcoming the first and only visit of outgoing U.S. President Joe Biden.

This is, you know, the first time that he's coming to sub-Saharan Africa. So what do things

look like on the ground where you are? So President Joe Biden landed in Lwanda and the city was chaotic because many rows were closed.

Citizens were not giving advance warnings about which rows would be closed.
