Welcome to the unspeakable podcast. I'm your host, Megan Down. My guest is Dr. Zubin Domania. He is,

among other things, a physician. Turns out it's easier to get a doctor to come on this podcast

than it is to get an appointment with one in real life. That's a lot of what we're going to be talking about

in this conversation. And I'll tell you more about Zubin in a second. But first, as always,

information. Okay, my guest, Zuban Domania, is a Stanford trained physician and founder of

turntable health, an innovative healthcare clinic, an early model of something called Health 3.0. He spent many years working

with patients in hospitals, during which time he launched what he calls a shadow career on

YouTube under the pseudonym Z Dog MD. He soon became a bit of a star, and now he's the host of

the hugely successful podcast, The Z Dog

MD Show. Zubin covers a lot of subjects, but I think he's especially good at describing what's

going on with the medical field in the largest sense. I brought him on because I wanted to talk

about why it's so difficult to find a doctor and pay for medical care,

and why, in turn, doctors have never had a harder time being able to provide that care and get paid for it.

I should say that he did found a company that seeks to address some of these issues.

So in moments, he is speaking through that framing. But I see

him as a very honest broker and reliable source on multiple levels. And I think this is a genuinely
