this is such a smart idea. I go to the comment section. It's half the people arguing with each other about whether this is, A, an eating disorder, or B, the appropriate way to have a snack that's healthy because the American food system sucks.

And it's just like, the more you call things performative, the more people will fail to understand that sometimes some people are genuinely just like that. So this got me thinking, is it dieting or is it the American food system?
