I think if you guys watched, you had to watch a lot of that game last night to fully let it sink in.

If you don't beat the brakes off, the Bears, you're not a good football team.

The Bears, you can tell the offense is not structured. It's not ready. The offensive line is not jelled. Five fall starts at home. Look, Caleb on script, very, very good. They went off script. He fell into bad habits. That's just going to be a work in progress. Here's the point I'm making. A wide open receiver. It was, look, subpar. But here's the reality. When Dan Campbell says that, and he's asked about the pass rush, well, Hutch was doubled. Okay. If the other guys you have can't win one-on-ones, Doesn't that prove the point you needed to address that?

Second of all, we all like Hutch, right? Like, let's set a floor here. I think the disagreements that you get in this town, some people turn him into Lawrence Taylor, and I don't believe he's that. I think he's very good. But if I have to hear about all these sacks in the first four weeks last year against people that are now working at Dollar Tree, third string tackles or tight ends, my head's going to explode. You're the same people who demean Micah Parsons. Parsons has four straight, 12 and a half sack or better years. The only other person to do is Reggie White. I'm asking you the question. If the absolvement of non-productive games is,

well, he's doubled. Are you ready today if Hutch called you and said five at 250, are you

signing him? And mind you, I think they should sign him. But what I don't understand is we never hear

about the double team stuff with the other great edges in the league.

We protect this guy because he has cool face paint and he went to you of him.

Why don't we just say the quiet part out loud?

You like this guy and you think he's your friend and he's from here and things.

He's a really good player.

But we got to stop if we're going to elevate him into the elite.

I never hear about Nick Bosa being double-teamed.

I don't hear about Miles Garrett.

I don't hear about Parsons.

I don't hear about T.J. Watt.

You know why?

Because it's part and parcel of the paycheck and the position you play.

And you just got to go. You got to figure it out. And that's all. Not being unfair. There's no slander. They need to pay them. I want them here.

But like, you can't have it both ways.
