When I was six months pregnant with my first child, someone told me to start saving for childcare,

and I didn't really know what they meant at the time, but six years on, and now with two children,

oh goodness, I absolutely do. So the UK has the second most expensive childcare system in the world,

and that's according to international research which looked at the percentage
