And if you read, have you been reading the Israeli press, you knew this was coming, but now apparently the administration has decided to make it public that it is coming, that there is a semi deal that apparently has been reached between the United States and Iran.

That is so mind-bogglingly shocking, both procedurally and in its terms that I think we need to unpack it a little bit.
